Exclusive Boy Eats Drum Machine Interview
Northwest Noise sat down with Boy Eats Drum Machine earlier this week to discuss their first album, Pleasure, the new album, Two Ghosts, and life in general. We first have to say hi to Little Diva and Loverboy, you cats rock, and then a big thank you to Boy Eats for the interview.
Boy Eats Drum Machine’s latest release, Two Ghosts, superbly showcases their unique sound and a welcome feeling that the band is maturing into their own skin. Two Ghosts is a first for Boy Eats to include the talents of Peter and Benjy in each track – their first album, Pleasure, featured drum samples and the such. During the interview, all three members of Boy Eats seemed happy, charismatic and motivated to continue working as a collective and making music together.
There are a lot of softball questions lobbed by Northwest Noise towards Boy Eats, but we like these guys and dig their music. So look elsewhere for salacious, scandalous and unsavory arguments, attitudes and fights – or, perhaps stick to keeping up with Britney, LL and Paris.
